Anger is one of the most vivid emotions we know. Unexpressed anger is anger that gnaws at us and may eventually lead to physical or psychological disorders including Insomnia, Stomach Aches and Lack of Concentration, etc. We will never be able to get rid of or avoid all the people or contexts (personal or professional) that make us personally angry. However, we can learn to identify our own triggers as well as the deeper sources to develop the ability to distinguish between what is happening in the present moment and what is related to our past.
