A panic attack is described as crises which result in an uncontrollable anxiety that occurs suddenly.

The symptoms of panic attacks are very disturbing. Normally, the intensity of the symptoms reaches its maximum within ten minutes of the onset of attack. The treatments require accurate monitoring from the treating physician. Our therapists can help you recognize ways of thinking, that cause you to misinterpret reactions of your body, causing panic attacks. Moreover, to reduce the intensity of physical or psychological symptoms, we advise the patient to relocate the attention of anxiety factors and to do some simple breathing exercises.
