Living with a chronic psychiatric illness is a source of great moral distress and requires psychological support. Bipolar disorders, which reach 1% -2% of the population, resulting in excessive fluctuation of mood during manic and depressive phases.  There are several bipolar disorders depending on the symptoms. The management of bipolar disorders include drugs, prescribed after the diagnosis and a therapy with a psychiatrist to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Medicines are not the only treatment. The medication management of bipolar disorder includes mood stabilizers, lifestyle (routine) and personal work (via psychoeducation). They are usually the way to stability.
